Advanced Technician in Plastic Arts and Design specializing in Advertising Graphics from the Alicante School of Art and Design and a Distance Learning Diploma in Visual Arts from the Institute of Visual Arts.
This is my story:
Born in Benidorm in 1983, the glorious decade of the 80s. The year of Return of the Jedi, VHS tapes, and cassettes for both listening to music and playing games on a ZX Spectrum. Perhaps it was a sign of everything that was to come, leading me to become who I am today.
As a teenager, during my primary school years at the Lope de Vega International School, I began to feel drawn to image editing. I started familiarizing myself with a program called Photoshop and created my first photomontages and video edits.
As I continued to grow, I became a fan of film, television series, and video games. Pop culture flowed around me as the years went by. Upon finishing high school in 2001, I was more certain that I wanted to study something related to image and sound.

After a brief stint at the University of Alicante, studying Sound and Image Engineering in Telecommunications (2001-2003), I changed my major in 2004 to complete a Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle in Advertising Graphics at the Alicante School of Art and Design.
There, I trained as a Higher Technician in Plastic Arts and Design specializing in Advertising Graphics, within the professional field of Graphic and Audiovisual Communication.

To further my studies, in 2007 I began an online degree in Visual Arts at the Institute of Visual Arts.
I expanded my role from graphic designer to expert in Visual Design, Web Design, and Video Design and Production. This profile allows me to understand and conceptualize multimedia proposals and translate them into graphic, web, or audiovisual formats, using the most innovative technologies in creative studios.

At the same time, in 2007, I began working for Grupo Noticias y Audiovisuales de Benidorm, a company that writes news for local newspapers and audiovisual media, including radio and television.
There, I was responsible for creating advertising for local businesses and small shops, and I also assisted with the layout of various regional newspapers in the province of Alicante.

2010 marked the beginning of a new chapter.
Fanisetas was a small online store selling t-shirts for fans of movies, TV series, and video games. The perfect place for someone like me!
As part of the company Asesoría de Nuevas Tecnologías y Diseño Gráfico (New Technologies and Graphic Design Consulting), I was responsible for assisting with graphic design, creating advertising materials, website graphics, and designing t-shirts for the Fanisetas brand.
Fanisetas grew rapidly, becoming a national leader in the sale of original t-shirts, with several designs even appearing in various TV shows and series.

After leaving Fanisetas, a long road lay ahead, along with a difficult decision. Should I return to working as a graphic designer for another company? Should I focus solely on t-shirt designs? Or why not offer all of that and also pursue other, more creative projects?
In 2013, Olipop Art & Design was born.
Becoming self-employed and working as a freelance graphic designer, I continue to this day, creating projects related to my training and the experience I've gained throughout my career.

During a casting call for a feature film being shot in Benidorm, starring Vincent Cassel, I discovered the world of extras and all the work that goes on behind the scenes—something I've always enjoyed and greatly appreciated because of the effort involved in any kind of production.
Since then, I've been fortunate enough to participate in several feature film and television projects, sharing scenes with renowned national and international actors and working under the direction of major production companies like El Deseo and directors of the caliber of Isabel Coixet and Alejandro Amenábar.

I began my studies at the Benidorm Musical Union School. There, I started my elementary musical instruction, as well as learning to play the French horn. In this way, I fulfilled a dream I'd had since adolescence: to play a musical instrument.
I placed myself in the hands of an almost century-old institution, as the UMB was founded in Benidorm in 1926. It has more than 230 students of all ages and is committed to diversity of all kinds.

Olipop Art & Design Turns 10!
With the start of 2023 comes the grand anniversary of my personal brand. Ten years since the beginning of my journey as a freelance graphic designer, where I've had the great fortune and opportunity to develop professionally, especially in textile design, merchandising, marketing, and social media.
Thanks to this, the name Olipop has gained recognition among leading brands in the print-on-demand market, a booming market that has allowed me to work on other diverse projects such as the creation and editing of audiovisual content, packaging design, and brand development and design.
All of this, combined with other activities and work related to acting and musical performances.

On December 17, 2023, I officially joined the youth band of the Benidorm Musical Union. Years of study and practice have culminated in my finally playing the French horn in a band alongside my fellow musicians.
This proves that it's never too late to pursue something that is truly your passion and that, with effort, you can achieve it. And what could be a more beautiful experience to gain than music?

A year later, on December 22, 2024, on the occasion of the concert in honor of Saint Cecilia, I officially joined the Benidorm Musical Union Symphonic Band.
From that moment on, I became a full member of the century-old ensemble, and was also officially registered with the Federation of Musical Societies of the Valencian Community.
